Preserving Paella

If you eat paella and you have any portions left over. Then do not throw them away. It is a waste of all the work you put into the preparation of the paella. Paella can easily be preserved for a couple of days and in the freezer even for a few months.

Place the remaining portion in a sealed container or cover it with cling film or aluminum foil. After that, put it in the fridge.

In the fridge, you can keep the paella for one to two days. It is not recommended to keep it any longer because it is not in airtight or protective packaging.

Do you want to keep the paella even longer? Then keep the remaining portion in a freezer. In this case, you can preserve it for several months.
